I may ruffle a few feathers with this take, but it needs to be said 💁🏽‍♀️

Men aren’t the problem - toxic masculinity and patriarchy are the problem

👉🏽 Pushing ourselves past our limits and calling it “productive” is the problem

👉🏽 Creating power dynamics over others just to feel good about ourselves is the problem

👉🏽 Trying to do everything ourselves and saying we’re “successful” is the problem

The chaos & destruction happening in the world is from patriarchy and toxic masculinity 💔

But the solution is not to cut out all men…

It’s to focused on the highest expression of the masculine — protective, supportive, providing, stabilizing, structured and secure 💪🏽

👆🏽 and let THAT be your guiding force

I’m actively practicing staying in my own POWER, while also seeing men in theirs 👑

Yes, there are a LOT of men who are sick, unhealed, and hurting others

But there are also a lot of men who are doing the work

I’m choosing to focus on those who are evolving in the same direction as me 💃🏽

We don’t heal the planet from “fighting” the other side

And we don’t heal the planet by blaming an entire gender

We heal by setting our standards high, aligning with them ourselves, and intentionally noticing others who are doing the same 💫

So set your boundaries with toxic men and let the patriarchy burn to the ground 🔥

Just don’t forget to see the good in yourself (and others who are actually doing good) as well 🥰
