NEW RECIPE "CURTIDO DIP"
Hey my beautiful gente!! Coming to you all with a new recipe & hope you'll enjoy. π
-8 Oz. Vegan cream cheese
-1 tbs vegan sour cream
-1 tbs vinegar
-1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage
-1/2 cup finely shredded carrots
-2 tbs minced onion
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp dried oregano
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
-Combine cream cheese, sour cream, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well till smooth.
-In another bowl, combine cabbage, onion and carrots
-Gently fold vegetables to cream cheese mixture till blended well.
Put in a well closed lid container and enjoy after 2 hour un fridge or next day. Since it has vinegar, the tanginess comes out better next day. Buen Provecho! π

48 round trips around the sun y'all!! πππ₯³ Uff has it been something else. Lessons back to back, ups & downs but overall lessons. I know I've mentioned that I would be back up & running the interwebs socials but life be lifing & gotta do what I gotta do. In survival mode at the moment... but coming back soon with content. I am experimenting with some recipes so as a gift to you all I will bring that to you next week. π Miss you all & here's to another trip in the books.Un abrazo fuerte to you all! π€

Today May 25, 2025 marks my 10 years of being vegan & goodness how time flies. And as you"ve seen, I've still retained my culture. For those new to my page, I used to have a Vegan food business where I did pop-ups & catering but due to pandemic & other outside forces, I stopped. I was doing more video content but slowed down due to life circumstances. Hoping to get back on it because I want to do much more to showcase everything I have learned through the years. With that, I love you all & see you all soon with more projects/content. π
