So…. 🌹🍎What is the Rose Apple 🌹🍎 ?

🌹Originally from Southeast Asia

🌹The fruit is not actually a apple - It does have a rose essence to it

🌹Can be eaten raw.

🌹Similar to a light rosewater flavor that is used often in the Middle Eastern Cuisine.

🌹The Yummy skin and thin layer of flesh surround a large seed or two which you DO NOT EAT but you could plant it in a well drained sunny soil and keep them watering and fruiting.

🌹Although it is small, it is packs a nutritious punch as the flesh and skin of the fruit is full of Vitamin C.

🌹It contains niacin that studies have shown can boost levels of “good” cholesterol while lowering “bad” cholesterol.

🌹 Helpful with Diabetes The fruit aids in reducing blood glucose levels by enhancing metabolism.

🌹It is regarded as a tonic for the brain and liver.

🌹It's claimed that an infusion of roasted, powdered seeds is beneficial to diabetics.
