Hi Everyone!!

Thanks so much for following my page :) Much appreciated.

I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and I love working with people to release unconscious blocks that stop us from creating a life that feels good to us. Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool and it's not complicated at all. You are always in complete control...we just bring you to a very deep relaxed place and from that place we can go directly to the unconscious and start planting the seeds of new beliefs. Once we change our deep seated beliefs, then our life slowly and steadily starts to change for the better.

Clients come to me for many issues and here are a few:

*Wanting a love relationship and not being able to figure out why we can't find or maintain a lasting one. This is some really deep and satisfying work and also one of my favorites to work with.
*LGBTQIA+ Issues.
*Self confidence.
*Achieving specific personal or professional goals.
*Anxiety.
*Abundance issues.
*Wanting to achieve healthier eating and I also offer Plant Based coaching.

These are just a few examples of how I have assisted clients. Please feel free to ask questions on this thread or DM me for privacy. All sessions are done on Zoom :)

I hope all are well!

Thanks!
Jeffrey :)
