For Families, Parents, and Students: Los Angeles Unified School District has created a hotline with trained mental health professionals who “students and families can call for help to manage fear, anxiety and other challenges related to COVID-19.” In both English and Spanish!

We all need support during this time, so please don't be afraid to call (213) 241-3840 so that trained counselors and mental health professionals can help! They will be answering calls 6am-6pm Monday through Friday in both English and Spanish.

Children need as much stability as possible, especially during such uncertain times.
