At the current pace of progress, full gender parity won’t be achieved until 2158—that’s 133 years from now. That means our daughters, granddaughters, and even great-great-granddaughters will still be fighting for the rights, opportunities, and recognition that should already be a given.
Waiting five more generations for equality is simply unacceptable. Women and girls today—and in the future—deserve better. We deserve equal pay, leadership opportunities, safety, representation, and respect in every aspect of life.
This is why we must Accelerate Action. We can’t afford to move at a slow pace when the barriers holding women back are still so deeply embedded in society. Progress must be intentional, urgent, and bold.

The time for change is now! How will you Accelerate Action? Comment below 👇🏻

2024 was a year of growth, challenges, lessons, and countless moments of joy. It’s been the best year of my life so far. 🥰

To the people in my life—thank you for your support and kindness. I feel really loved 🩷

To the opportunities that came my way—thank you for teaching me resilience, expanding my horizons, and showing me what’s possible when we step out of our comfort zones. 💪🏻

And to the quiet moments—the ones filled with peace, reflection, and self-discovery—thank you for grounding me and reminding me of what truly matters. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Wishing everyone a new year filled with health, happiness, and boundless possibilities. 2025, I’m ready for you! 🌸✨🥂

Today is Women’s Entrepreneurship Day in Spain. I first want to congratulate female entrepreneurs because only 20% of entrepreneurs are female in Spain. However, I also want to celebrate very woman in this world for their strength, resilience, and dreams.

Let me share something personal, straight from my heart to yours, about my own entrepreneurial journey.

I started my coaching business when I was just 25 years old. Truthfully, it’s been one of the loneliest paths I’ve walked. There were times when I could only rely on myself and a handful of people who truly believed in me. Yet, despite the struggles, I wouldn’t change a single thing. This experience has shaped me and given me the strength and resilience to embrace challenges as opportunities.

There were moments when I felt like quitting, and days when I doubted if I was good enough to succeed. But you know what kept me going? My “why.” Reminding myself why I started this journey in the first place: to empower women to believe in their limitless potential, to help them see that anything is possible when you rewrite that inner dialogue and trust in yourself. When you believe you can, then you will.

Now, at 28 (turning 29 in a week!), I’m building my second business. Have I reaped all the rewards I hoped for? Not YET. But if this journey has taught me one thing, it’s this: release your expectations and stay committed to the process. Growth takes time, and the best rewards come when you least expect them. 🌸

To every woman reading this: whether you’re an entrepreneur, a dreamer, or someone just trying to figure it all out, keep going. Trust your why. Believe in your vision. And know that you’re never alone on this path. 💜

In Catalonia we don’t say “the most beautiful day of the year”. We say “Sant Jordi”. Happy everyone, a celebration of romanticism and culture.🌹🐉📖

The legend says that Saint George killed a dragon to save the princess. Roses grew from the dragon’s blood.

That’s why it is custom for couples to exchange gifts: the men receive a book and the women receive a rose. However, this has developed over time, so both men and women can receive books and roses. 🩷

This year I received both, a book and pink roses. How lucky am I? 🌹📖

Happy International Women’s Day! 💖 Today, and every day, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women in the past and present.

Today I celebrate that 4 years ago I had the courage to start my own coaching business. I had fears and I was judged but that didn’t stop me to get to where I am today.

Today I feel like helping women and giving back because when I got started I felt really lonely and I wish I would have had that support.

Doubters gonna doubt; haters gonna hate; lovers gonna love, believers gonna believe!!!

I came to the realisation that If you have haters it means you’re on the right track because you’re stepping outside your comfort zone. Therefore more eyes watch, more opinions surface, and more voices criticise.

When you dare to chase your dreams, the more risks you take, therefore the more exposed you become. You are subject to scrutiny and judgment. It’s a fundamental principle of growth and success.

Here are a few strategies that helped me navigate doubt and criticism:
🦄 Staying True to Myself
🦄 Focusing on Progress, Not Perfection
🦄 Surrounding Myself with Supporters
🦄 Use Criticism as Constructive Feedback
🦄 Keep Going

Comment ‘🦄’ if you’re not going to allow doubt and criticism stop you.

Today I would like to celebrate a historic moment: Nadia Calviño has just made history by becoming the FIRST Female President of the European Investment Bank! 🙌🏻👩‍💼
It’s such an inspiration to see women like her breaking barriers and paving the way for more women in leadership. 💪🏻

Before Nadia became president, she had 2 failed attempts:
1.In 2019, when she tried to be the European candidate to be managing director of the IMF.
2.In 2020, the year in which she failed to be named president of the Eurogroup.

Instead of viewing these setbacks as roadblocks, she turned them into stepping stones on her path to success.
Failure is not the end but a crucial part of the journey. Each stumble, each setback, was a lesson that fueled Nadia's growth and propelled her forward.

It's a reminder that success is often preceded by a series of challenges, and the true measure of a leader lies in their ability to rise stronger after each fall.

Since it's Halloween, let's talk about fears 🎃. I'll go first.

😱Fear of failure:
A thousand times in life I have found myself in situations where my heart asked for something but my mind wouldn't let me do it 🙃. Why? Because when I rationalized it, many things could go wrong, and the fear of failure told me: Hello Nat! 👋🏼 But sometimes you just have to turn off your brain, follow your heart, and ask yourself, "What if everything goes right?"✨

😱Fear of being rejected:
When you offer a service and when you decide to show yourself on social media this is a very common fear. For some reason we want everyone to like us, but if you think about it, you probably don't like everyone either 🤷🏼‍♀️. And that's okay! People who vibrate the same way you do and feel identified will approach you.

😱Fear of not having enough money:
Both when I have had a lot of money and when I have had less, I felt fear about not having enough 💸. Whether it's to travel, pay rent, buy certain things, or whatever is on my mind.
It is interesting to analyze our beliefs based on what we have learned from our parents and our community. 👉🏼Knowing these factors helps me to understand my thoughts and fears, and to build my own beliefs about money.

💎 Tell me, do you identify with any of these fears? What is your way of facing them?
