One of my main reasons for starting Cuidate Mija and wanting to support women on their self care and healing journey is because of the amount of hurt and pain we take on for our families. It always seems to be the women that are the ones left to process the pain, alchemize it, and figure out how to keep their families together.

I want you to know You are not responsible for it all, and that there is support out there and a better way to live.

Many of us are dealing with the negative effects of having family members and loved ones struggling with addiction problems.

As a certified Recovery Coach, I am here to support you as you learn how to cope with the addicts in your life.

I will be posting and sharing a lot of my own personal journey with alchemizing some of the pain. From learning how to detach with love and stop enabling family members and loved ones struggling with addictions.
