We tinker as we take things apart, put things together, figure out how things work, and attempt to build and make creations using tools.

The most precious resource on our planet, water has the power to soothe, hydrate and heal. From the geometric and scientific construction of water, to how it behaves on Earth and in our bodies, to how the Earth and people treat the flow, we connect to the many wonders of water.

In this online club, guided activities include organ sound healing, emotion-mapping art, and grounding practices so students can recognize, release, and re-balance energy.

Together, we explore the anatomy and energetics of the nervous system in a fun and gentle way.

We are honored to have a team of amazing facilitators who surround our young people with community wisdom, care, and love.

This is a creative and intuitive writing workshop that invites our learners to explore storytelling, journaling, free writing and expressive writing as a way to transform thoughts and feelings into language.

This is a place for identity shifts. In this club, our learners get to surprise themselves and each other with their writers within. They get to see themselves as owners of brilliant ideas, as believers in their own intuition, as creators of beautiful writing.

Rooted in Indigenous talking circle traditions, this offering invites learners of multiple ages into grounding rituals, light somatic movement, and guided sound journeys that are both calming and soothing. In these moments of deep listening and reflection, learners cultivate the ability to slow down, feel into their bodies, use their voice, and honor both their inner landscapes and the shared wisdom of the circle.

Restore encourages learners to tend to their hearts, deepen their sense of belonging, and recognize the cultural wisdom that lives within and around them. Meeting each learner where they are and adaptable for multi-age learning environments, this weekly club offering is a loving invitation to remember that healing and learning are not separate, but connected in a harmonious way.
