When you judge others, you’re actually harming yourSELF. Here’s how…

Judging others is an act of SELF harm.

You see…

When people judge things about others, they are usually just:

a. highlighting something they either don’t like about themselves or

b. they’re jealous and wish they had it too.

And it’s ok if you judge. We all do from time to time.

But also stop to ask yourSELF… why?

What is it that pokes you about someone else?

Are you seeing something in them that you actually don’t like about yourSELF (this one can be tricky, dig deep).

We gotta tell ya…

There is SUCH power in choosing to be who you are, unapologetically.
