Be kind to yourself. You’re fire🔥. It’s hard to remember that. The pandemic has challenged us in so many ways.

Do you know how strong you can be? You’re fighting for yourself everyday.

you have reminders:
How the people who love you see you
How a child can smiles at you and tell you with that how you’ve made their day
How a butterfly or a hummingbird follows you on that same walk
How the wind touches your face
How your feet keep moving despite how hard things can be…
And then that moment when you look yourself in the mirror and it’s there: You’re here. Keep moving. Don’t stop. It’ll be ok.
