Be kind to yourself. Youā€™re firešŸ”„. Itā€™s hard to remember that. The pandemic has challenged us in so many ways.

Do you know how strong you can be? Youā€™re fighting for yourself everyday.

How the wind touches your face
How your feet keep moving despite how hard things can beā€¦
And then that moment when you look yourself in the mirror and itā€™s there: Youā€™re here. Keep moving. Donā€™t stop. Itā€™ll be ok.
