We’re back!! Me and Kristin of have a special RITUAL event planned for Sunday, August 27th from 5-8pm in Redondo Beach. We are bringing you a Kava Kava plant medicine experience and an exploration of tarot & oracle cards, followed by a relaxing sound bath. As always, there will be a community sharing circle and yummy snacks.
Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you need to be comfy sitting/laying on the floor. Feel free to bring your own Tarot or Oracle Card deck, but we have plenty for you to borrow!

It was my deep honor to lead a Kundalini yoga activation for this amazing group a couple weeks ago! The kriya (a specific sequence of physical actions that work toward a particular outcome) was for Accessing the Source of Strength in You 🔥
Combined with the high-vibrational instruments played by for this 2 hour workshop, the result was a truly unique experience that I can’t wait to share with more people in the coming months!
