When we think of going on a Diet, it is assumed the need to lose weight is to do something drastic to our regular eating. To some it is so drastic that it becomes difficult and forced to obtain a strict diet day in and day out. Yes results do occur but most likely will not be sustainable and once back onto normal eating habits, weight gain will rebound.
It is hard to have trust in our society today for weight loss and what to follow when it comes to fad diets and quick fixes when in reality it is not as difficult as it seems.
Use this post as a reminder that it is possible for weight loss making minor changes and creating new habits to have sustainable weight loss. No need to feel like we are going to โdieโ on a strict โdieโt ๐
A good way to view before going on any diet is ask yourself:
โCan I eat this way for the rest of my life?โ If the answer is no, the plan is not for you. Keep it simple and be empowered! ๐

Hey Fam ๐
With so much going on itโs important to keep ourselves healthy. Though these three steps seem so easy to add into our daily or weekly routine, it can easily slip through the cracks and be forgotten.
Take this preventative approach to give ourselves that fighting chance to be the best versions of ourselves ๐
First off what is a strong immune system? This is our bodies fight response from outside invaders like bacteria, viruses and other chemicals produced by microbes, ew ๐ฆ Our immune system helps us from getting sick to make it simple ๐ค
Antioxidants:
An overall balance healthy diet will strengthen our immune system but focusing on antioxidants for this post. Antioxidants are substances that prevent or slow damage to our cells caused by free radicals or outside invaders. Incorporating foods such as Fruits and vegetables will provide this support.
Sleep ๐ด
We all know how important sleep is but with how busy schedules and lifestyles are today, it is set aside leading to lack of sleep making it easier to get sick.
Exercise:
I cannot stress enough how important it is to add exercise into daily routines and make a priority!
Not only do these three strengthen our immune system but can also benefit other health issues including weight management, cardiovascular health, Diabetes and so many more!
