One Final Word… 🌸💜

Godly Chik’s,

As I write my final post before stepping away, there is one last thing I want to leave with you:

And that is…
That God cannot lie.

I don’t know what your life looks like right now. I don’t know what you’re waiting for, what you’ve been praying about, what has been delayed, what has disappointed you, or what the enemy has tried to convince you will never happen.

But I DO know this:

If God said it, you can believe Him.
Not because everything around you looks perfect.
Not because the circumstances make sense.
Not because you can see how it’s going to happen.
But simply because God cannot lie.

People can change their minds. Circumstances can change overnight. Doors can close. Plans can fall apart. The enemy can fight, distract, discourage, delay, and do everything in his power to make you question what God told you.

But there is one thing the enemy can NEVER do:

He cannot make God a liar.

So hold on to what God said.

Even when it looks impossible.

Even when you’ve waited longer than you thought you would.

Even when everything happening around you seems to contradict the promise. 🌈

God is faithful. God is trustworthy. And God WILL have the final say.

And no matter what the enemy does—or tries to do—never forget that we are not fighting for victory. We are fighting FROM IT, because we already have the victory through Christ Jesus. ✝️

So keep praying & keep believing.

Because one day you’re going to look back at the very thing that had you crying, questioning, waiting, & wondering & realize that God was faithful the ENTIRE time. 💗

And now, Godly Chik’s… it’s time for me to say see you later. 🥹🌸

This will be my last post before I step away for this season.

I don’t know exactly when I’ll return, and for once, I’m okay with not knowing. But I do know that at God’s perfect timing, I will be back.

Until then, I want you to know what an honor it has been to pray with you, laugh with you, cry with you, teach you, encourage you, and grow alongside you.

Thank you for allowing me to be your Godly Chik. 🥹

Every word, every choice, every habit, and every action is planting something in your relationship. And eventually, what you continuously water 💧 is going to GROW. 🌳

So before you complain about the fruit 🍎, take a moment and ask yourself…

What seeds have I been planting? 🌱

Because the harvest you want TOMORROW starts with the seeds you’re willing to sow TODAY.

One of the points that we talked about in today’s video is that you cannot keep bringing OLD seeds into NEW soil and then be shocked when you grow the same rotten fruit. 🌱🥀

Sometimes God can place something genuinely good in front of you, but because of what you’ve experienced before, you’re sitting there waiting for it to go wrong.

Waiting for them to lie. 🤥
Waiting for them to cheat. 💋
Waiting for them to leave. 🚶

So now you’re suspicious of everything, questioning everything, overanalyzing everything, and potentially responding to a person who hasn’t hurt you yet as though they’re the person who already did.

But your new relationship should NOT have to serve a sentence for your old relationship’s crime. 😮‍💨

And this is why healing matters Godly Chik’s and Gents, because if you carry that SAME fear, mistrust, defensiveness, and unhealed wounds into new soil—and continue watering them—you will eventually produce some of the same rotten fruit you were praying to escape.

Don’t sabotage something healthy because dysfunction taught you that love was supposed to hurt.
And especially, if God has given you something good. 🎁
Don’t spend the entire relationship bracing for destruction instead of learning how to receive healthy love. 🫂

Heal the wound. Uproot the old seed. 🥀 And give the new garden a chance to grow something DIFFERENT. 🌱

Whew chile.. I have got to get me a lash tech because these lashes then got on my last nerves got me out here looking like some wrong with my eye lol!!! 😆😭

But anyway, this thumbnail pic. is how y’all be looking when you try to go before your time. 🫠

Some of you are literally babes 🍼 in Christ and you’re already trying to lead and teach people. And I’m not saying that to cause an offense, but I’m saying it because I promise you, ministry is NOT what people make it out to be.

REAL ministry is you availing yourself to the people of God, FOR God. It is not something you pick up because you want to be seen, validated, have a platform, or prove you’re just as anointed as the next person…

There is a REASON God develops you in private before trusting you in public. The waiting ⏰ is not punishment, it’s preparation.
So, let Him build your character, deepen your relationship with Him, and prepare you to carry the WEIGHT of what you’re asking for.

Don’t rush to be seen while God is still preparing you to withstand being seen. 🔥

EEEEEE!!! 😭🎉💕 I cannot believe it has officially been FOUR YEARS of Godly Chik’s Ministry!!! 🎂🥹🌸🙌🏽

What a journey it has been. Through every teaching, prayer, laugh, tear, testimony, and moment together, I am just so grateful that God allowed me to say YES and trusted me to serve His daughters. 🤍

Although the ministry will be taking a break after this weekend, TODAY WE CELEBRATE! 🥳🎂✨

We spend so much time praying for God to SEND the marriage that sometimes we forget to ask Him to teach us how to SUSTAIN it.

Because receiving the blessing is only the beginning sis. Once God places something beautiful in your hands, there is still a responsibility to cultivate, nurture, protect, and care for what He has entrusted to you. 🌱

A beautiful marriage doesn’t remain beautiful by accident.

But it takes wisdom. humility. intentionality. And it takes WORK. 😮‍💨💍

Don’t spend years praying to get into marriage only to neglect it once God finally gives it to you.
