With Shavuot coming up, flowers have been on our minds 🌸

Our flower cart needed lots of love and care to keep everything fresh, and our little florists took their job very seriously.

From spraying and arranging to carefully tending to each flower, every moment was filled with focus and excitement!

Stencils are such a fun way to add some new life to our painting activities 🎨✨

Our friends loved experimenting with all different shapes, colors, and designs!

The results were so beautiful and unique ✨

A very special visitor came to our classroom today 🐢

Our friends were so excited to see a real turtle up close, gently touch its shell, and learn all about it together. Watching their curiosity, excitement, and wonder come to life was the sweetest part!

There’s nothing quite like experiencing and learning about animals up close 💫

The best way to learn is by bringing it to life and experiencing it with our own hands ❤️

As we’ve been learning all about the special holiday of Shavuot and receiving the Torah, we explored how a sofer, a scribe, carefully writes a Torah using a feather and ink 🪶✍️

Then came the fun part… getting to try it by ourselves by practicing writing our own letters!

To them it feels like fun.
To us, every activity is filled with purpose.

Whether it’s using scissors, tracing, holding a pencil, or picking up tiny objects during play, so many everyday moments in preschool are helping build fine motor and pre-writing skills ✨️

There’s something so special about watching little hands baking challah side by side with their mothers 🤍

More than just baking, these are the memories and traditions children carry with them forever!
