Are you a rockstar family assistant who is proactive and fun? Do you have extensive experience with teenagers and enjoy older children?

A busy single mom, new to the Los Angeles area, is looking for a reliable family assistant who is not only proactive and organized, but who can entertain her two funny and athletic teenagers (14 and 13) while maintaining structure and boundaries. Mom is on the go and already has an executive assistant working alongside her, but would like to find someone who can take care of everything childcare related to include planning outings and camps, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with teachers and coaches.

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday from 8-5pm with flexibility for overnight stays while mom travels. This position comes with an annual salary of $58,000-$60,000 with benefits and mileage reimbursement. When the school year starts and while the kids at practice/lessons, you’ll serve as a family assistant doing laundry, running errands to include grocery shopping, managing vendors, and tackling other small organizational projects around the home. (Someone who is on top of things that need to be done is key.)

Depending on the day during Summer, you’ll be responsible for taking the kids to sports practices and lessons, or planning fun days filled with time away from their screens whether it be a theme park, teen camps, or other teen-friendly activities. It is important that you are able to maintain structure and are comfortable enforcing boundaries. Someone with extensive teen and/or single parent experience is highly preferred. Healthy meal prep and cooking tasty meals for the children 2x/week is needed as well (housekeeper cooks 3x/week). This mom loved her previous nanny and is looking to introduce a long-term extension of herself into her new home here in Los Angeles. The sweetest family is currently looking for a full-time Nanny-House Manager for three studious, fun, and extremely responsible children. This nanny should be educated, experienced, competent, fun, and organized. Live-in nannies are strongly encouraged to apply. You will have your own quarters in this spacious, newly built home.

Duties include housekeeping, laundry, cooking for the family, interactive activities with all children, intermittent errands, and house flow responsibilities.
You will be an extension of these parents while they are working outside the home. Luckily, the children you will be caring for are very independent, responsible, and fun in their own right!

These parents are business owners who are on the go with a sporadic schedule, so reliability is key! Live-in nannies are highly encouraged to apply to this position — separate living spaces will be provided. Live-out nannies are also very welcome to apply.

This position is long-term and comes with yearly bonuses, paid time off, and salary increases.

First-time parents are looking for the perfect NCS for their two-week-old baby girl. This assignment will begin ASAP and run through the end of July as this family is moving out-of-state. The tentative schedule will be from 10:00pm – 7:00am, but the family is open to a slightly varying schedule for the right candidate! They are hoping to have their NCS work 5 nights per week.

The ideal candidate would be someone with an great communication skills and a fun-loving personality. This family is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they’d like their nanny to be as kind and compassionate as they are. You will be working alongside mom every day, caring for one girl at a time and helping with chores as needed.
This family has two sweet, girly, active daughters who love to play and be artistic. Whether you’re playing outside, going to the beach, or baking cookies, these girls are kind and very happy! Their oldest daughter is on the Autism spectrum and takes daily supplements to help her growth and development in addition to attending therapy sessions twice a week. Both girls eat very healthy, and new methods of improving their daughter’s experience are used as mom sees fit. It is important for their nanny to be open-minded, compassionate, and supportive. While it is not required that you keep their same diet, please be respectful of their choice.
Duties include staying engaged with the girls through active play, arts and crafts, and educational fun. Light housekeeping and meal prep for the girls is expected, but your main responsibility is to have fun with the girls and be a helping hand.
