Have more fun than working out at the gym, learn martial arts used by the special forces, improve your health, reach your full potential, and train with chill people.

This is a specialty martial arts gym. Class size is limited to 12 students. Wing Chun Kung Fu and Filipino Kali are taught every class in a supportive and positive learning environment. They receive personalized attention from the head coach.

Life coaching is also available to students for an additional fee. The instructor is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach. He is also one of the top 20 Coaches in Los Angeles.

In 2021 - Rated as one of the best martial arts school in Long Beach. In 2023 - Rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Many people spend hours working out by themselves without learning a practical skill. I teach a martial art that emphasizes balance, stability, relaxation, sensitivity, and reflexes. Come to a group class, have fun learning the same practical self defense methods used by the German Special Forces to defend yourself, and realize your full potential.

I was recently promoted to Sifu (Father -Teacher). I am proud to represent the Wing Tsun form of Wing Chun Kung Fu under Dai Si-Fu Simon Mayer and Sifu Phillip Chang.
