Kings Cup Single Sword is one week away! Bring your rapiers, bring your sideswords, bring your broadswords, bring your spadroons and messers too! Registration is still open on our websites for all three events - that's Vets (40+), Open, and URG. We'll see you on the 11th!
Reminder for rapierists: our hand protection requirements are in line with what you'd expect for sidesword or broadsword, so be aware you may need something bigger than your normal rapier gloves.

Our Kings Cup Series continues in October with Single Sword! This mixed weapon tournament will include weapons used from 1500 to 1700, so bring your sideswords, your rapiers (up to 43"), your spadroons, and your baskethilts (up to 38")! Registration is open now for Open, URG, and Vets (40+). You can also check our website for the current leaderboard for series points.

Four of our members had a blast at the American Symposium, hosted by Patrick Bratton at Fort Ligonier in Pennsylvania. They got instruction on Liancour's fencing manual, fenced in the tourna-fun, and even did some bouts in the fort itself! We're very proud to announce that Coach Connor won second place in the 3-vs-1 tourna-fun, while Riley tied for third!

Congratulations to all our competitors for taking part in our tournament over the last weekend! We saw 43 competitors from 23 clubs fight in over 150 matches across our three events. Special congrats to Kierran Garrity, our Open winner; MHFA's own Bea Ferraiuolo, winner of the URG event; and Patrick Bratton, who took gold in the Vets event! Thank you all for making this a safe and successful event!

Our Agility and Strength class runs for a half hour on Wednesdays - Coaches Connor and David run this class to help fencers get lighter on their feet and stronger in their actions.

Time's running short to sign up for our Kings Cup Saber event! We still have space open in all three of our tournaments - that's Vets (40+), Open, and Under-Represented Genders (URG)! You can find registration on our website, linked in our bio.
