23rd Annual Butcher Gee Brett
Hall of Fame Golf Classic

Hey folks, we need some help in a few weeks. On Friday the 24th , about noon, we could use 4 - 5 people and 3 - 4 trucks. We will be moving all of our equipment from Loogootee to Country Oaks Golf Course in preparation for the Golf outing on Saturday the 25th. With enough help and trucks, we should be able to make one trip work and it shouldn't take more than 2 hours.

Then Saturday morning early we could use a few people to assist with set up. We will be there about 7am to get things ready to go. Again, shouldn't be more than 2 hours.

The final assist will be needed about 2pm Saturday for clean up, reloading, and transporting all the equipment back to our storage unit in Loogootee. Again, 4 - 5 people and
3 - 4 trucks would be a huge assist.
