We want to address a few FAQ’s ⬇️

✅Inventory ‼️…… we do not keep lots of inventory on hand. If we have any inventory that is READILY available it will be posted on this page as well as our Instagram page that’s connected. If it is not posted yet, that means it is not ready yet. We do not post our inventory anywhere else for you to view. We are set up a little differently and prioritize auction customers over inventory. So if we don’t have something on our page that you like we can always go get it from the auction for you if you’re on our auction list for that week. Details can be found on our auction option page on our website. If it says SOLDDD🥳 It is NOT available!

✅ Auction Option: We are a full service dealership however with our auction acquisition services we do accept not just cash buyers, we also accept those that have preapproved auto loans from their banks or credit unions, and our BHPH customers when reasonable options are not available. (Example: You’d like a 3rd row and we don’t have any)

✅BHPH program: With this in house financing program, EVERYONE is approved, there’s no minimum credit score because there is NO credit check. The down payment and biweekly payment payments vary based on the car itself, and not the buyer. To qualify you’d have to have a valid drivers license, proof of income (self employed and gig work is okay), Cash or Zelle ONLY for down payment, and obtain insurance and you’ll get the keys! 🔑 We do not charge any interest on our BHPH program so therefore, every time you make a payment, your principal balance will go down by the exact amount that you paid. 🥰 Our maximum terms are 18 months so your car is paid off within 18 months and we charge a one time finance charge that is built into the loan and it is not a separate fee.

✅Financing: BHPH down payments start at $2k & include taxes and tag, Biweekly payments start at $200. For those that have better credit, I suggest getting approved with your bank and bringing us your own financing. We do have some subprime banks that will approve those with less than favorable credit for those that may want monthly payments and a potentially lower down payment. However, the worst your score is the payments will be similar to what our BHPH program is and usually you’ll pay way more going to a subprime bank.

✅60 Days same as cash: Self-explanatory you’re gonna bring about 60% to 70% down and then finance the remaining balance into 5️⃣ biweekly payments. There is a small fee with this financing, and it is built into the Payments and not separate.

✅Appointments: We are an appointment only dealership, so please do not come to our office without an appointment to avoid wasting any time. That said, you must view inventory before you come so that you have the expectation of actually purchasing something when you arrive. We do not allow anyone to come to office just to view inventory, our inventory is posted online and you can also always ask us if we have anything available in our DM, so if any of our sales reps have any extra inventory, we have the option to send it to you ahead of time. The only thing you’d come to the office to do is to actually test drive the vehicle(s) that you plan to purchase.

✅Virtual services: Yes we do offer our services virtually as well, where we can show you the vehicles, test drive them for you, send you over the documents, process all of your paperwork and Payments , and deliver the vehicle to you. There may be a separate delivery cost. This is actually a very popular service of ours. You will be required to physically test drive the car when we arrive and ensure you are satisfied before we leave.

✅Shipping: yes we do cater to our out-of-state clients as well. Through our auction option as well as shipping off inventory. Fees do vary.

✅Repairs: We do have mechanics and shops. We can recommend you to for repairs to any vehicle, painting, bodywork, and Audio Work. However, we are not mechanics! We do our due diligence in checking and purchasing quality vehicles and getting them assessed when necessary to get things repaired before sale however, we cannot foresee the future on used vehicles. Our recommendations are mutually exclusive and separated from our dealership, you are to contact them and use their services at your own risk and you are more than welcome to find your own mechanics when needed.
