Facebook memory from February 17, 2024. This was 4 days before Pop's passing. It would also be the final time we both got to speak to each other and he smiled at me. Below is what I wrote on Facebook that day 2 years ago.

"Pop and myself alone had a pretty good conversation today. Even though short in length. Just some things that I needed to say and for him to hear. The responses I got back allowed my ❤️ heart to start gluing itself back together.

Even though what he said was muffled and whispered....he couldn't have been more clear.

He is resting right now...which he wants and needs.

But Pop did what he does best....he made me feel alot better."
