This Sat. is The Multiple Piano Festival - an amazing concert featuring amazing pianists of all ages performing on 9 amazing Grand Pianos! This year I have 14 students participating and I'll be conducting one of the groups once again. It's a wonderful concert and I know my students and I are really looking forward to it. Anyone is welcome to come! 🎶

Hey local friends! My marimba band, The Low Flying K***s, will be performing this Sunday, June 27, from 4:30pm-5:10pm in Louisville, outside at the Steinbough Pavillion as part of "Zimfest Colorado." We'll be part of a line-up of bands and choirs performing Zimbabwean music from 3:45pm - 8:30pm. There will be lots of fun and energetic music - come out and join us!! 🎵

This was my students last piano lesson of the year - a fun holiday group lesson week over Zoom with great piano performances, fun activities, a crazy Christmas sweater contest (with the overall grand champion yet to be voted on), crazy Zoom backgrounds and our traditional hot cocoa that we all shared together even though we were in different homes. So proud of how all of my students have adapted and progressed this year and looking forward to the day when we can all be back to "normal" too. These kids rock! 🎵

Boulder Area Music Teachers' Association's Multiple Piano Festival to be held virtually this year BAMTA has hosted its Multiple Piano Festival for over 35 years. This year, the concert can be viewed worldwide on YouTube.

Today a few BAMTA teachers were interviewed by 9NEWS (KUSA) about our students and their Virtual Multiple Piano Festival Concert that will be premiering tomorrow night, so we are hoping that they will be able to do a feature TONIGHT on the news, either at 9 News at 9:00 or 9 News at 10:00, so make sure to tune in!
