While the world churns in chaos and strife we tend to get pulled into the swirl. It’s not just you. It’s a thing. We are not just affected by each other, we are made of each other.
But we also have agency. We can choose to rest in our own vibration, focus on our own vision, and train in practices that allow us to settle into center.
As Octavia Butler would say, instead of drowning along with the drowning world, or being eroded by its confusions, you can “write yourself in”.
