MOMS is held weekly and is a place where mothers of infants, toddlers and preschoolers can bond with other women and discover that they are not alone!
We meet together every Thursday morning during the school year, and you are welcome to join us at any time. When you attend, you will have a chance to enjoy child-free time while your children are lovingly cared for in Kidzone. Each MOMS session has yummy food, great conversation and a speaker addressing issues relative to mothers of small children. It is a great place to make friends and get plenty of support.

How can we show up for our kids in meaningful ways that equip them to handle the stressors of life? By providing SAFETY, letting them be SEEN, SOOTHING them, and developing SECURE attachment. Meghan Williams’ teaching last week based on the book, “The Power of Showing Up”, was so helpful and practical! How are you guys applying it this week? Which of the 4 “S’s” do you want to do more with your kids?

Our time together at Bolivar park did not disappoint last week. What a great playground and what a lovely group of women!! We hope you can join us this coming Thursday from 9:30-11:30am for a casual morning of coffee, snacks, mom convos and kid play at Alyssa’s (DM for address).
