Call for participants!!!
Nora Jin-Leyva is a doctoral candidate in Claremont Graduate University and San Diego State University’s Joint Doctoral Program in Education. They are recruiting participants for their dissertation, which focuses on the stories of entry-level, women of color student affairs professionals.
Additional criteria include:
1️⃣ identifying as a woman
2️⃣ holding an entry-level student affairs position in the U.S.
3️⃣ and entering the student affairs field within the last 5 years.
Eligible roles include: academic advisors, student success coordinators, EOP counselors, residential life advisors, student support specialists, career counselors, academic coaches, and similar roles.
💡 Research activities: two 60 minute individual interviews, one 60-90 minute group interview, and one brief reflective journal entry.
