CORE
CORE is a land training and core development team for rowers and other athletes at every level, from young beginners to elite and national team members.
CORE is a conditioning program for athletes aged 12 and over. We have many years expertise coaching rowers, dancers, soccer players and other athletes from beginner, through high school, college and national team levels.
