What IS the Bariatric After Life? It's what I call the time after-the-after, or, everything that happens after weight loss surgery, and especially after you look like the "after" picture. In other words...the rest of your life!
If you haven't had surgery yet, that's okay; it's never to early to plan, and the same holds true for those of you who are "still on the way down."
The Bariatric After Life is a journey; not a destination. It is a way of life that encompasses a healthy mind, body and spirit. Consider me your Bariatric Sherpa, because wherever you are in your journey to the summit, I will help you navigate the way; of course, YOU'LL have to do the climbing ;-)
