Bend your knees.
if youโre standing straight up youโre not as balanced as you should be.
The best player stay low as it becomes easier to shift and explode.
Stop playing so upright.
You canโt be quick, sharp, or dangerous if youโre standing tall.

Every coach has a different styleโitโs a fact.
A great coach isnโt defined by trophies or wins.
Itโs defined by patience, consistency, and a genuine commitment to developing playersโespecially at the youngest and grassroots levels.
Thatโs where real coaching shows.
One of the things I value most about our program is the growth.
Not just resultsโbut how quickly our players evolve in an environment thatโs different from most.
We donโt rely on yelling to be heard.
We build trust.
We teach.
We give our athletes the tools to think, play, and grow on their own.
Year after year, weโve shown that we careโ
Not just about performance, but about people.
We give our players real opportunities to train, compete, and improve consistently.
So wherever you trainโwhoever you play forโ
Make sure your coach believes in you.
And more importantlyโฆ
Make sure they care about your future.

๐ป1. Stop Playing Scared
Freedom starts when fear ends.
If youโre worried about making mistakes, youโre already limiting yourself. The best players lose the ballโฆ and go right back at it.
๐ Mistakes = growth. Play bold.
๐ป 2. Trust Your Instincts
The game moves too fast to hesitate.
First thought = usually the right one.
๐ If you see it, do it.
๐ป3, Be Unpredictable
If the defender knows your next moveโฆ itโs over.
Change speeds. Change directions. Be different every time.
๐ Creative players are hard to defend.
๐ปLastly,
Make sure youโre having a good time.
When youโre enjoying the gameโฆ youโre dangerous.
๐ The best players look like theyโre having fun.

No shortcuts. Just hard work and consistency.
The highlights and goals look cool, but results like this donโt happen overnight.
There have been countless days she didnโt want to train โ and she still showed up.
Sheโs trained in the rain, practiced when she was sick, and pushed through even on the off days when sheโs a bit grumpy.
Thatโs ambition.
Thereโs no secret formula, no special program. Her improvement has come from one simple thing: sheโs always here.
People always ask if coaches have favorite players. Iโve said it before and Iโll say it again:
My favorite player is the one who shows up consistently and works hard โ no matter their level.
These transformations are worth more than any trophy. ๐บ

Social media will have you thinking the best coach is the one with the nicest equipment or the biggest following.
This CAN be far from true - Anyone can post clips and do this.
But, not everyone does it for the right reasons.
Not everyone can coach a 7-year-old, a teenager, and a high level athlete effectively. Understanding your players and not just creating drills, is an underrated coaching skill.
Thatโs where real impact is made.
Connecting with your players and understanding their personalities is what can help coaches elevate their players much more effectively.
For example, some of my players can handle a much more stern attitude while others like much more calm approach. You can joke around with some players while others have much more focused attitude. Some are visual learners while others need different types of learning. EVERYONE is different.
As a coach is my job to ensure I know the personalities of every single one of my players.
Find a coach that understands you and you know will be your side when it matters most.
