Contemporary Behavior Consultants is a small, ABA based, company that provides parent training and direct intervention to children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and a variety of intellectual disabilities. We focus on providing quality intervention with highly trained staff. Since our agency is small, all staff receive high levels of support and do not feel lost like they may in a larger agency.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Behavior Technician:
· Working in homes and schools with children ages 3-18
· Utilizing effective and progressive interventions to maximize progress
· Playing with kids and having fun!
· Collecting data and taking notes on interventions provided

Skills and Experience You’ll Need as a Behavior Technician:
· Must love playing with kids; outgoing personality
· 6 months of experience with ABA interventions required (RBT preferred)
· Have a reliable means of transportation and willing to travel up to 15 miles from Long Beach
· Must be organized, self-motivated, willing to learn and grow, and responsible
Must be vaccinated against COVID-19

Contemporary Behavior Consultants has immediate daytime openings (summer and next school year). Must be available for services between 8 and 2; in-home or school services available! CBC provides a progressive, proactive, and individualized approach to ABA. We provide early intervention services but also specialize in working with school aged children in need of social skills, emotional regulation, and executive functioning skills interventions. Contemporary Behavior Consultants has current openings for in-home or in-school (if allowed) ABA services in the St. Joseph and surrounding areas (availability possible from Maryville to Kansas City!). In network with Anthem, Aetna, and MO Medicaid; will try to work with other private insurance to get in-network level benefits. Currently daytime availability ONLY (8-3); waitlist for after school services.
