Our CASA Mental Health Clinicians are hosting a workshop on how to avoid and deal with burnout on Tue. 6/25 @ 12pm! This workshop will be available in Spanish so make sure to take advantage and learn how to support your mental health while in school!! ❣️

With finals just around the corner, we understand it can be a stressful time for you. The CASA team has got you covered with some fun activities to help you de-stress before finals. You can color, make slime, create bracelets/keychains, and grab a stress ball to help relieve any tension!

Our amazing success coaches and counselors will be available to answer any questions you might have about your stay here at LBCC, your degree requirements, transfer information, or resources with the CASA program. They are super friendly and always happy to help, so don't hesitate to ask them anything!

The Second Year Experience (SYE) team has collaborated with a SchoolsFirst FCU Financial Education Specialist to provide some helpful tips on financial literacy. Being an adult can be challenging as you learn about budgeting, credit scores, and credit cards. In this workshop, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of credit scores, credit cards, and how to manage your finances effectively. You will also learn about the importance of credit scores and how it can affect your financial future. By the end of the workshop, you will have a better understanding of how to manage your finances effectively to achieve your goals, such as saving for school, a car, a house, or an emergency fund.
