These five 12 pound Turkeys 🦃 represent the 60+ pounds I’ve lost on this program in 4 months! Just reflecting how at the beginning of the Summer I was estranged to the joy I’m walking in now 😊 that has come from being lighter and more confident!

This program is amazing 🙌🏼🙌🏼 and has blessed me so much! 🤩 I picked these turkeys 🦃 up and cannot believe the weight I was carrying around it my body! No wonder I felt sluggish and tired most of the time. Let’s start now and shed some turkey weight out of your life! Say Yea!!!
