Submit your Intent to Apply to be considered a School of Excellence.

The EDies committee was formed to recognize exemplary practices and excellence across public elementary, middle, K-8, and high schools throughout the Granite State.

Participating in the application process will enable you and your school team to engage in collaborative and self-reflective discussions aimed at continuous improvement and educational excellence.

Winning schools at each level will earn statewide acclaim as a New Hampshire School of Excellence, along with a $2,000 prize, a school banner, and a beautifully engraved school bell symbolizing their commitment to excellence in education. On June 5, 2027, winners will celebrate this outstanding achievement in front of their peers from across the state, shining a spotlight on the incredible work happening in their schools and honoring the educators and students who make excellence possible.

To be considered for a School of Excellence, please submit your Intent to Apply by December 18, 2026. For application details and deadlines, please view this link- https://www.edies.org/apply-to-be-a-school-of-excellence
