Utah State University's 'Cow to Cone' event shows the process of how ice cream is made Utah State University held its first ever

3 of 4 members of USU's first Dairy Challenge team were helping at the Weber County Dairy Days Open and Junior shows this morning. The fourth was there yesterday.

In Moab today at the Grand County Fair giving away chocolate milk and showing people what dairy cows look like. There aren't many dairy cows in this part of the state.

We had a great dairy producer field day!
