Family Nights are off to a GREAT start at St. Peter!

Kindergarten kicked things off with an adorable Dog Party, and First Grade brought the creativity with their Play-Doh Challenge! ❤️🖤 What a fun way for our families to spend time together and make some great memories!

What a blessing it is to have a youth ministry team who is so present and invested in our students! Today they hopped over to campus to host a surprise pop-up event for our middle schoolers, creating opportunities for laughter, fellowship, and connection. Their willingness to pour into our students is such a gift, and kicked off week 2 with a sweet start. We are so grateful for their hearts for the Lord's work, our school, and our students!

A few years ago, St. Peter donated chapel offerings to help comfort dog Athena begin her incredible ministry of bringing comfort, peace, and hope to those experiencing difficult moments.

This past Monday, following the heartbreaking loss of one of our students just days before the start of school, Athena returned to our campus alongside Rahab, an LCC K-9 Comfort Dog from St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Stockton, to provide a calm, comforting presence for our students and staff. Watching Athena serve our school in a time of great need was a beautiful full circle moment and a powerful reminder that the seeds we plant today often return as blessings when we need them most.

Thank you, Athena, Rahab, and your dedicated handlers, for sharing Christ’s love and comfort with our school community. We are so grateful for the work you do.
