Nobody prepares you for how lonely those sleepless nights can feel. đź’”

It’s 2 AM.

Your baby is awake again.

You’re exhausted.

You’ve tried everything you can think of.

And somewhere between the rocking, feeding, and pacing, you start wondering…

“Am I doing something wrong?”

I want you to hear this:

A baby who struggles with sleep does not mean you’re failing as a parent. 🤍

After more than 20 years caring for newborns and babies, I’ve learned that every child has individual needs.

Some need more support.

Some need adjustments to their routines.

And some are simply going through normal developmental changes.

That’s why I created the C.A.R.E. Sleep Method™.

🤍 Connection: Understanding your baby’s need for comfort and security.

🌿 Awareness: Recognizing sleep patterns and developmental needs.

⏰ Routine: Building realistic, age-appropriate rhythms.

🌙 Environment: Creating a calm, safe space for sleep.

My goal isn’t to teach parents to follow a perfect schedule.

It’s to help them understand their baby and feel more confident.

You deserve support, too.

If you’re ready for practical guidance, my complete newborn-to-toddler sleep course is available for $147.

What’s been the hardest part of your baby’s sleep journey?

Your baby doesn’t need less comfort. 🤍
Sometimes they just need the opportunity to learn how to fall asleep with a little less help.

Connection first. Independence follows. ✨

Save this for tonight. 🤍

Is your baby grunting, turning red, straining, and crying before finally passing a soft p**p? 👶🏼💩

It may be infant dyschezia — sometimes called “grunting baby syndrome.”

This happens when young babies are still learning how to coordinate their abdominal muscles with relaxing the pelvic floor to p**p. It can look uncomfortable, but if the stool is soft, it’s different from constipation. 🤍

✨ In many babies, it improves naturally as coordination develops.

Save this for those newborn days, and share it with a parent who needs to see this.
