Thursday, july 15, 2016 you missed out.

Naomi King spoke on, "I am a potao". So good it won her best speaker.

Close runner up Betty Martin, speaking on "Footcare". Tips we can all take away in this hot season. If there could have been two best speakers. Betty would of surely won.

I came as best evaluator.

Next meeting July 22, 2016 bring your energy and a friend.

Many sacrificed this Mother's day weekend to attend the spring conferance in birmingham

The speaker came across the water on 13 hours jet lag just to teach us. The 2014 international speech ing champion.

International Director shared the IRS-E. Cote values of toastmaster.

Much was learned so it can be deposited I to you.

Come out our next meeting is tomorrow.

We had another great meeting last week! Toastmaster Karla Taylor was awarded Best Speaker, Toastmaster Renee Taylor was awarded Best Table Topic, and a visitor was extended a warm welcome. We had a great meeting Thursday, December 10, which happened to be our last meeting before the holidays. We were honored to have amazing guest speakers and new members to join our group. We invite anyone that is interested in enhancing their speaking skills and meeting great people to attend a Toastmasters meeting with Choctaw Easy Speakers. Our next meeting is scheduled Thursday, January 14 and will be at Choctaw General Hospital in Butler, AL. Happy Holidays we hope to see you in 2016!

Mokeywa James represented The Choctaw Easy Speakers in the Regional Competition in Birmingham, AL. Kiwi was awarded 2nd place in the International Speech competition. Congratulations Mokeywa "Kiwi" James!

Choctaw Easy Speakers have been extremely busy this year and we wanted to share the events that have kept us busy. A local speech contest was held, which allowed Jocelyn Gipson-Vincent and Mokeywa James to represent our club in the Area contest held March 16th on the UWA campus. Mokeywa was awarded International Speech 1st place and Jocelyn was awarded Humorous Speech 1st place. The victories allowed both participants to move on to the Toastmasters Regional International Speech Contest in Birmingham, Al. Congratulations to our contest winners.

Congratulations to our members recognized during the Toastmaster meeting held on February 12th. Ribbons were presented by President TM Ameder Ward. Best Speaker - TM Michael Camara, Best Table Topic -TM Ramona Hill, and Best Evaluator - TM Kiwi James.
