After cutting my lifting down for my half, then injuring my elbow.. it’s been really hard for me to get back in the gym. Forgot my bag, forgot my headphones, gym was crowded, but made myself go anyway. Got a light upper body work out it.. we all fall off the wagon sometimes. Locked back in and ready to go! My books are also open, message me for a personal training session!!
