Jefferson County School District here in Colorado is the second largest school district and they looked to Eagle Creek Modular Solutions to help them solve the space shortage problem. We were pleased to provide and install ten (10) custom built 24' x 40' modular classrooms on a lease basis. Two sites presented some interesting challenges to set the building where they wanted it, but with the help of our professional set crew, we were able to accomplish and meet their request.

Calvary Chapel Silver City is a small church located in Silver City NM. They were in need of additional Sunday classroom space. With a small budget, they wanted something that would match their current building and be affordable to them. Eagle Creek Modular Solutions was please to be able to design a custom 18' x 72' single modular building with four(4) small classrooms in the building. The photo attached is of the building sitting on site prior to installation. Nothing fancy, but once again Eagle Creek Modular Solutions was able to design a solution that fit their customers need and budget.

RE1 Valley School District has selected Eagle Creek Modular Solutions as their company of choice to provide their new modular classroom building. ECMS provided the school district with a fully customized L shaped building to fit into a very narrow and specific spot on their playground. Based upon our design and that of our competitors, it became obvious to RE1 Valley that ECMS understood exactly what they wanted and we provided the right solution to fit their needs. Here is another shot of the Animas High School project with siding being installed. Modular does not have to look like a trailer. Site applied finishes can go a long way in helping your building look like a conventionally built building.
