I deserve a healthy body and mind
I am worthy of having a fit body and a sound mind.
I am a good person who is worthy of having a healthy body and a healthy mind. I am worth taking care of and I love myself enough to put my health first.
Just as I take special care of my family and even my animals and plants, I take special care of myself. By taking care of myself I will have more to offer others, but I also take care of myself because I deserve to be healthy.
I make sure that my family has healthy foods to eat, a clean house to live in, and clean clothes to wear. I listen to them when they talk to me. I provide my family with healthy bodies and healthy minds because I love them.
Just as I take care of my family, I choose to take care of myself, too. I make sure I have a clean house to live in, clean clothes to wear, and healthy food to eat. I spend time relaxing and recharging my mind because I love me. I love me because I am worth loving.
Today I will take an inventory of myself and I will list the things about me that I love. I acknowledge my accomplishments and my traits that I enjoy. I give myself credit for being a strong, intelligent and caring person who is worthy of a healthy body and mind.

My body is vibrant and moves easily
My body is good to me. When I want to do something physical, I can.
Whether I undertake a simple task, such as laying down for bed at night, or a complex one, like playing an instrument or a sport, my body is vibrant and moves easily.
When I eat, I take a moment to feel gratitude for the nourishment. After all, food is the sustenance that keeps my body moving smoothly! Because I know that nutritious food and plenty of water help me feel most comfortable in my body, I make a point of eating well and staying hydrated.
I also get plenty of physical activity, which keeps me strong and flexible.
Because I regularly try new things in my fitness program, I frequently have opportunities to appreciate new ways in which my body can move. Plus, these exercises bring me energy, which is always welcome!
On some days, when I feel particularly energized, I take advantage of the moment and get some of my more physical tasks done. Doing my physical work when I have the most energy helps remind me of just how capable my body is.
Today, I trust my body to do whatever I ask it to do.
I am grateful for my good health and for the many ways in which I can move fluidly in the physical world. Because I value my vibrant body, each day I dedicate some time to taking care of my health and fitness.

I am dedicating time to self-reflection
I am dedicating time to self-reflection, embracing the insights and growth that introspection offers.

By setting aside this precious time for self-reflection, I acknowledge the importance of knowing myself fully.
I recognize that true transformation and fulfillment stem from a profound understanding and acceptance of my identity.
This commitment to introspection is a fundamental part of my dopamine detox and personal transformation process.
It encourages me to detach from the relentless pace of the external world and the constant pull of digital distractions, creating a space to connect with my inner wisdom and find clarity amidst the noise.
Through self-reflection, I uncover my personality layers, identify growth areas, and reaffirm my values, guiding me toward an authentic life.

My weight is my friend
When I look at the scale, I rejoice that I see a healthy weight. I put down the tabloid magazines because I know it is unrealistic to look at skinny, Photoshopped celebrities for inspiration.
I am a woman. And, through the years, I have developed the curvy figure that I waited for so impatiently throughout my teens. My womanly figure is my trophy; I feel no need to squeeze myself into an unhealthy size-00 pair of jeans. Real women have curves!
I am proud of my weight. If I cannot fit into my skinny jeans from years past, that is quite alright. I can easily buy a new pair that fits me just fine. Outgrowing my clothes is a perfectly normal part of life. I refuse to sulk because I no longer have the waistline of a 16-year old girl.
I stock my closet with clothing that flatters my body and fits comfortably. I am most confident when my clothing plays up my best features and minimizes the ones I am not very fond of.
My weight is my friend. It gives me a voluptuous figure that men desire and other women wish they had! I can fill out my clothes beautifully and keep up with the latest fashion trends because my body is smoking hot!
When I look in the mirror, I love the reflection staring back at me. I am a woman of confidence, beauty, and wisdom. I would not change a thing about me!
Today, I have the confidence to jump on the scale and excitedly await the number that shows up. I love my curves and I am thankful to have such a womanly body.

I am devoting some "me" time to my schedule
Each week I am adding myself to my planner so I can take time out for me. I do this because I value my health and wellbeing. My body, mind and spirit benefit when I recharge my batteries.
I make dates with myself to spend time away from every day tasks. I am important enough to be in my calendar. I formally designate a time for myself because if I didn't, I would invariably find something else to do.
“Me” time is for me to do whatever I please, free from guilt or pressure. Often, I simply relax on my porch drinking a cup of coffee. Other times, I take a warm bath and soak away my troubles. Exercising is another enjoyable way to burn my stresses.
During my moments alone, I spend time developing myself as an individual. I devote time to fine tuning my talents. Sometimes I use the time to improve myself as a professional.
In order to free up my schedule to allow personal time, I delegate tasks to others or decline invitations that may conflict with my planned time alone.
The people around me support and respect me in my quest for personal time because they know they get a better me as a result.
I spend time alone to energize myself and live my life to its fullest potential.

Each person I meet plays a part in my life
I embrace each relationship that I become a part of. I carefully seek out the value that each interaction produces.
Some relationships are short-lived, and others have longevity, but I value them all. My life is shaped by those I encounter. This reality is true for my personal, professional, and spiritual life.
In my personal life, I meet people who become my trusted friends. But I also meet people who show me how harmful certain character traits are.
Although I choose to avoid people with questionable character, I am thankful that I come across them. Their example shows me which behaviors to embrace and which ones to bypass.
At work, I am thankful for each of my colleagues because they bring something unique to the workplace. I learn from each of them.
My spiritual life is stronger because I open my mind to the spiritual journey of others. Although I may share different beliefs from another person, their display of their value system shows me how to embrace and live my own.
I get answers to tough spiritual questions by speaking with others. I am able to do this without feeling forced to convert to their beliefs.
Today, I am thankful for the lives and spirits that cross my path each day. I appreciate the opportunity to reflect on each day and take the positive examples into consideration. My existence is richer because I open myself up to learning from others.
