Just curious how you relate to this photo, the words, the idea that the Shadow Self is the parts of ourselves that we reject, suppress or avoid. Whether we do this to the parts of ourselves that we label "good" or "bad" parts, they are a part of the Shadow and limit us from being WHOLE when we deny them.
Is there a part of yourself that you would like to explore?

I am almost complete with my Shadow Coaching training and am so excited to be able to bring this additional healing tool to people who want to go deeper, break open and stop repeating old unhelpful patterns. Today I get to meet a client for the first time outdoors. Couldn't be a more beautiful setting.

The evolution of painting layers imitates our lives.... I sat with layer Three for days until the owl called me this morning. Processing our life through layers on a canvas is a new level of healing for me! Can't wait to share the process with others.
