Some highlights of our specialty weekend and the week long intensive. We did a pelvic floor class with and 💖 and a chair yoga with Paula Volpe . helped us with alternative alignments and Clay Shuffield taught us about history and the Gita. Our favorite Inclusivity Team came to have a conversation because diversity matters. 🌈🤍🤎🖤 We also did an in-depth chakra class with 💎and we spent the week studying everything from sequencing to breathwork. Yoga teacher training starts this month but don’t fret if you still want to join. We have set up this years program in a way that you can start almost any given month.
