Our 2022 YTT graduates 🥰🙏🏽🌟 Things didn’t always go as planned this year but they adapted and rolled with the changes! They will go on to teach everything from power yoga to chair yoga and many types of yoga in between. I would describe them as highly intelligent, inquisitive, empathetic, motivated, humorous, empowering and more!!! Thank you for always teaching me as much as I teach you. We are so very proud to add you to our yoga community. And let’s not forget our mascot 🐶Congratulations Graduates 🎓 🎉 Spread all of your peace and love and go Spark someone’s life!! ☮️✨💖✨🕉✨

Some highlights of our specialty weekend and the week long intensive. We did a pelvic floor class with and 💖 and a chair yoga with Paula Volpe . helped us with alternative alignments and Clay Shuffield taught us about history and the Gita. Our favorite Inclusivity Team came to have a conversation because diversity matters. 🌈🤍🤎🖤 We also did an in-depth chakra class with 💎and we spent the week studying everything from sequencing to breathwork. It is our pleasure to announce a new collaboration!!! studio and will be hosting a 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training intensive in Conway, AR this summer. For P.O.P. yoga, “progress over perfection” is not just a saying. It’s their way of life! This balances so well with Bright Spark’s focus on Holistic Health.
