🍯 One last chance to get sticky this season!
This Saturday from 10 AM to 12 PM, join us at Box Turtle in Hillcrest for our final public Honey Harvest of the spring and summer. 🌻
This year, we set out to host a harvest at every local business that carries our Neighborhood Honey. From Fidel + Co. and Guillermo's Gourmet Coffee to the Historic Arkansas Museum and the Clinton Museum, we've been buzzing all over town, sharing the journey from hive to jar. 🐝
It feels only fitting to close the season in Hillcrest, the neighborhood where Calm + Confidence first beegan six years ago. 💛
Come get hands-on with harvesting local honey, taste fresh samples straight from the extractor, and discover what it takes to turn a frame of honey into the jar on your table. It's free, family-friendly, and a sweet way to spend your Saturday.

Let's wrap up an un-beelievable spring with sticky hands, full hearts, and one more honey harvest together. 🐝🍯

Some opportunities change your résumé. Others change your roots. 🌱
When Tess took a gap semester from the Univeristy of Missouri, she spent it helping co-found the Calm+Confidence Co-op while deciding between elementary education and international business.
We're very excited to share that she's sticking with us! 🍯
Tess has officially joined our Founding Board and will continue helping shape the future of the Co-op as she transfers to the University of Arkansas to study in the Walton School of Business. We're grateful she chose to keep growing alongside us 🤗
These photos are from her perspective during the Bloom + Hive Hop. Gardens, beehives, neighbors, and the little moments that remind us why we do this work. Community isn't built in a day. It's built by people who grow together. 🌻
Congratulations, Tess! We're grateful you're part of the hive, and we can't wait to see what this next chapter brings. 💛

🐝 Abeja. Miel. Colmena. How many beekeeping words do you know in Spanish?
Join us for a FREE bilingual Honey Harvest where families can learn, taste, and participate in every step of turning honey from the hive into a jar. Whether you're fluent, learning, or simply curious, this is a chance to explore beekeeping through both English and Spanish while making sweet summer memories.
Help spin honey, enjoy free samples, learn new words, and take home a FREE JAR of local honey for participating.
A huge thank you to Dee Brown Library and Southwest Community Center for helping make this event possible. We can't wait to share this sweet experience with our community. 🍯❤️

📣 If you hear laughing from across the parking lot, you've probably found our booth. 😂
We're incredibly grateful to WSBZ Farms for inviting us into this wonderful community of growers, makers, and neighbors. 🫶 Every week, we get to catch up with familiar faces, meet new ones, share honey samples, and be part of a space that reminds us what local community is all about.
A huge thank you to all the vendors, organizers, and shoppers who make this market possible. Supporting local means supporting the people who grow our food, craft with care, and invest in our neighborhoods.
Find us every Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM at Breckenridge Village. Come laugh a little, shop a little, and support the folks who make Central Arkansas such a sweet place to call home. 🍯🐝

School's out... and it's time to get sticky! 🍯🐝
Honey Harvest season is here, and you're invited to roll up your sleeves and see how local honey makes its journey from the hive to your table.
Whether you stay for the whole harvest or just buzz by for a few minutes, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at every step of the process. Uncap frames, spin honey, strain liquid gold, bottle jars, and discover which "hive job" fits you best. Just like a colony of worker bees, there's a role for everyone!
And yes... there will be plenty of honey sampling along the way. 😋
Join us this Saturday or at any of our upcoming Honey Harvests. Bring a friend, bring the kids, and come experience the sweet side of local beekeeping.
We can't wait to get sticky with you!

"We're going to need more passports, a troop of Boy Scouts just arrived" - Call from Historic Arkansas Museum 🤣 Co-op Secretary Erica was on her way! 📍
Saturday was full of adventure and new faces. 🐝
We asked our Tour Sites to send us a selfie during the Bloom + Hive Hop, and each perfectly captures the spirit of the day.
"From 9 to 12, I only saw 3 people I knew, but over 30 came by!"
That's exactly what this event was for. Neighbors meeting neighbors. Gardeners discovering beekeepers. Curious folks exploring spaces they never knew existed just a few miles from home.
Thank you to every Tour Site that opened their gates and every visitor who spent their morning buzzing across Central Arkansas. We met a lot of new faces this weekend... and apparently we're going to need more passports, because a troop of Boy Scouts just arrived. 🤣🥰

An un-beelievable Bloom + Hive Hop! 🐝🌼
This is a shot of Tour Sites and Co-op Members gathered at the After Party following a busy morning of sharing their gardens, hives, and community spaces with visitors from across Central Arkansas.
Thank you to everyone who opened a gate, answered a question, shared a plant, or simply showed up to support local pollinators. 🦋🌱
The Bloom + Hive Hop is proof that when people invest in their neighborhoods, bee-utiful things happen. 🍯✨
See you next time! 🐝🌻

Show the Community Some Love! 💛🐝
This is where Calm+Confidence beegan 6 years ago, and we're excited to share some of our favorite Hillcrest spots during the Bloom + Hive Hop this Saturday from 9 AM to Noon!
🌿 Visit Barbara's garden to explore pollinator-friendly plants, lush garden spaces, and plenty of inspiration for your own backyard.
🍅 Stop by Neil's place to see a thriving garden packed with fruits and vegetables. This spring, he even caught a swarm in the swarm trap we helped install. Talk about a welcome committee!
🍯 Then buzz over to Lauren's to check out our brand-new self-serve honey stand and learn more about the neighborhood bees that help make it possible.
Every garden has a story. Every hive has a beekeeper. Come meet your neighbors, ask questions, gather ideas, and celebrate the spaces that help our community bloom.
See you Saturday! 🐝🌻
