Due to heat Tuesday’s practice will be moved to 7:00pm. We will meet in front of the high school.

Due to heat, there will not be cross country practice tonight (8/12) or tomorrow (8/13). The first day of official practice will be Monday August 17th at 3:45 in front of the high school.

Due to heat, there will not be cross country practice tonight (Monday, August 10th). We’ll see everyone on Wednesday if the temperature is below 100 degrees.

Middle school / high school runners! Our summer running is off and going! We’ll run on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Thursday’s at 7pm at Swenson Park. These are optional runs but it’s a good opportunity to get faster and see your teammates. Everyone is welcome!
