Linden Lions Celebrate Wreaths Across America at the Linden Cemetery

We have added few more wreaths since our last check-in. We currently sit at 71 total donations so far. We have a little ways to go to get to about 184 at the last count. As always, it seems to climb by a few by the time we get to the end of the wreath giving seasons (about Nov 1st).

Please consider donating a wreath or two if you have not. Or if you have already donated one, please think about donating another wreath.

Happy 4th of July and 250th Anniversary to the USA. Thank you to all the veterans out there. Past and present. Without you we would not be able to enjoy this wonderful freedom.

With 5 months left to sponsor a wreath for the this years ceremony, we have reached 50 wreaths of the 181 that are needed.

At the Linden Lions Club dinner meeting last night, the hat was passed and the club raised enough to sponsor 28 wreaths.

Been a little while but I just got an update from Wreaths Across America for 2025.

Locations: 5,594
Wreaths placed: 3.1 million
Volunteers: more than 4 million (estimate)

We have had such great support for the Linden Cemetery, that we have signed up for 2026. Keep Dec 19th available to help place wreaths this coming year. We will start out drive for sponsorships in April.
