Hello 2026 band families!!
Kindly complete the following form if you are interested in chaperoning at any time during band camp. Please indicate what your schedule needs are for the week so I can begin scheduling.
Chaperone trainings are as follows below, kindly attend as many as possible. I will also be available for makeup sessions as needed! As we are a state licensed camp, we are required to have training hours logged.
*Overnight chaperones do have their own rooms!* All meals are also provided for all chaperones!

Monday July 13th 6pm (followed by an all band/parent meeting regarding band camp at 7:30) Library, then the auditorium for meeting.
Tuesday July 28 6pm Library
Monday August 3rd 6pm Library

Marching Band families: Just a reminder that Monday is June 8th, the 1st payment date. It is also the deadline for our pay in full discount. Boosters will be on hand to accept payments during drop-off for the first day of Mini Camp.

Practices this week are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4pm-8pm. Bring water, sunscreen, hat, tennis shoes, and a great attitude! Let's get this party started!! Woot woot!

Band camp 2026 shirt orders are available now! Deadline is July 13th, the night of the band camp parent meeting! Shirts are available for students or family members to purchase for $20. (New Marchers, this is an optional fun shirt to purchase. Your show shirt will be different and provided to you as a part of your membership) We do not order extra shirts. Shirts must be paid when ordering via cash, check, or venmo please. (Cash or checks may be turned in June 8th or July 13th) please be sure to compete the google form below and recieve a confirmation of your order. Venmo is: -Bandboosters

We are still looking for a medical person for our 5k on June 4th from approximately 6pm to 7:30pm.

Also, if you have any treats for the runners and volunteers that you would like to donate. Please bring them up between 4 and 5 on Thursday, June 4th to the stadium.

In anticipation of our 5k coming up, we need two additional volunteers.

1) First responder for medical needs on course
2) Photographer at the finish line, maybe a second one out on course
