We’ve been kicking off summer with so much fun, movement, and regulation! ☀️ Through play, we are building skills, making connections, and learning in meaningful ways every single day. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer brings! 💛

☀️ School’s out, routines stay in! ☀️

Summer is finally here, bringing sunshine, vacations, and a break from the usual school year schedule. While this season is full of fun and flexibility, it’s especially important for children with autism to continue following consistent routines.

• Predictable schedules help provide a sense of security
• Routines can reduce anxiety during transitions and changes in schedule
• Consistency supports continued progress in communication, behavior, and independence skills
• Even small routines (wake up times, structured play, and meal schedules) can make a big difference

At Galliant, we encourage families to enjoy all the fun summer has to offer while keeping some structure in place. A balanced mix of routine and flexibility can help set your child up for a successful and enjoyable summer! 🌈

We will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day 🇺🇸

All sessions will resume as normal on Tuesday.
