Rest is an essential component of physical and mental function.
Sadly, our "rest" now consists of excessive time on screens which ACTUALLY prevents our brain from truly recovering from activity. In fact, more and more research points to increasing prevalence of sleep disorders because people can't reach a state of relaxation naturally. AND, our ability to focus on singular tasks is rapidly diminishing.
Focus on quality rejuvenation AND quality work. The increased productivity will foster more time overall to do the things you want to do.
