As temperatures rise, it's important to know the signs of heat-related illness and how to stay safe in extreme heat.

🚨 Watch for signs of heat exhaustion and consider these heat safety tips throughout the Summer months. In addition to these, be sure to avoid strenuous outdoor activities during the hottest hours and to never leave children or pets in a parked vehicle.

A little preparation can go a long way in preventing heat-related illness. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and take care of yourself and those around you this summer!
