This year marks a massive milestone—**13 years** of this life-changing program, and today, **10 phenomenal interns** are officially closing this chapter and stepping into their bright futures.

Over the past year, these 10 individuals have poured their hearts into learning new skills, overcoming challenges, and growing both personally and professionally. The energy in the room today is absolutely electric, and to say "everyone is excited" is a huge understatement! 🙌💼

I shed a few tears this morning. These interns are not interns, they are inspiring, strong, amazing, and now I can call them my friends.♥️ I love them all. Tomorrow at graduation I will try and be strong but I know tears will flow.
