This morning I had the sweetest little lesson in attachment… and it came from pumpkin seeds of all things.
I always put honey-roasted pumpkin seeds on my oatmeal — every single day. It’s my comfort combo. But the store was out, so I grabbed the salty ones instead, fully convinced my breakfast was about to be ruined.
Except it wasn’t.
It was better.
The salty-sweet mix was magic — and it instantly made me laugh at how tightly we cling to the way we think things should be.
When we get too attached to our expectations, we miss the possibility of discovering something new, something surprising, something even more aligned.
So here’s your little invitation for today:
Where in your life are you holding onto how you think things “should” be… instead of allowing space for something wonderful to unfold?

Looking at healing through the lens of Body, Mind, and Spirit. A guide to IN-bodied IN-Powerment.
Me after conquering a tiny trailer: ‘World domination? Maybe.
Sometimes the biggest boosts of confidence come from the smallest wins.
Today, mine came from backing a tiny trailer into a ridiculously narrow spot — and honestly? I felt unstoppable.
It wasn’t about perfection. It wasn’t about impressing anyone. It was about that moment where I realized, “Oh… I can actually do hard things. I really can.”
We don’t give ourselves enough credit for these little victories. The ones that don’t win awards or change the world… but change us.
They build confidence.
They restore trust in ourselves.
They remind us just how capable we really are.
So if you’ve had a small win lately — celebrate it.
Let it lift you.
Let it be proof that you’re growing, healing, and becoming someone who can do more than you ever believed.
Today it was a tiny trailer.
Tomorrow? Who knows — maybe world domination 🤣.

Wear the silly outfit. Say the silly thing. Let yourself have fun.
Life doesn’t always have to be so serious — sometimes the medicine is in the play.
When you let yourself be goofy, lighthearted, or a little outrageous, something opens. Your mind gets clearer. Your creativity wakes up. And suddenly the obstacles in your way don’t feel so solid anymore.
Playfulness helps you see possibilities you couldn’t see before.
So today… be playful.
Loosen up. Laugh. Let joy lead the way a little.
You’ve got this.

Fall has a way of whispering reminders to the soul.
It tells us it’s okay to let go — to release what no longer serves, to honor what has run its course, to breathe into the space that follows.
Letting go isn’t failure. It’s alignment.
It’s choosing to trust that when you clear what’s not working, you create room for what will.
So take a moment to notice what’s ready to fall away. Conserve your energy. Honor your timing. Something new, beautiful, and meant for you is on its way — it just needs the space to land.

You don’t need everyone else’s opinion to know what’s right for you.
Somewhere along the way, we were taught to look outside ourselves for answers — to poll the people around us before we trust our own truth. But your voice… your intuition… it’s sacred. It’s meant to guide you.
Before you reach out for advice, pause.
Ask yourself first.
What do I think? What do I feel? What does my inner truth want me to know?
That quiet voice within you already knows the way — it’s just waiting for you to listen.

There are seasons in life when clarity fades and everything feels uncertain — like walking through fog, unsure of which way is forward. But even when you can’t see the path, it doesn’t mean you’re lost.
You’re simply being invited to slow down.
To breathe.
To trust the unseen rhythm guiding you.
The fog always lifts. The light always returns. And when it does, you’ll realize that every quiet step you took in the mist was leading you exactly where you were meant to go.
So don’t rush the unfolding. Just keep breathing, keep trusting, keep going.

Sometimes we think change requires something big — a grand plan, the perfect timing, or all the shiny tools. But the truth? You don’t need to be flashy to move mountains.
You need presence.
You need your own personal power — that quiet, steady strength that lives inside you.
And maybe a little persistence… plus a good sense of humor along the way.
Life has a funny way of teaching us through the everyday moments — even on a tractor named Frank. So keep showing up. Learn from everything. Laugh when you can. And remember, steady progress is still progress.
Keep steady, my friend. You’re doing better than you think.
With love,

We all say we want things to change — to feel better, to grow, to live more aligned — but change asks something real of us.
It asks us to show up differently.
To try new things. To fall and get back up. To face the parts of ourselves that would rather stay comfortable than evolve.
Change is rarely neat or graceful. It’s messy. It’s humbling. It’s full of moments where you stumble, doubt yourself, and wonder if you’re even getting anywhere. But that’s the truth of transformation — it’s built through movement, through trying, through showing up again and again.
So I invite you to ask yourself:
Where is the gap between who you’re being… and who you need to become in order to create the change you desire?
With love,
Codie
So often, we hear that being present means being joyful, grateful, or at peace.
But what I’ve learned is that presence is much deeper than that.
True presence isn’t about chasing light—it’s about having the courage to sit with whatever is here. The messy, the painful, the beautiful, and the ordinary.
When my mom passed away, I made myself a promise: to stay present with all of it. The grief, the love, the anger, the guilt, the relief… everything that arose. It wasn’t easy. But it taught me what real presence truly is—accepting what is, without judgment, and allowing life to move through you.
That’s where healing begins.
That’s where love expands.
That’s where we come home to ourselves.
With love,
Codie
