Way to go Jeremiah!!!!!
We are happy to announce Mr. Jeremiah Ingram as our new Assistant Director of Athletic Bands at the University of North Dakota!
Jeremiah Ingram is a percussion educator coming to us from Kentucky where he was the adjunct percussion professor at Kentucky State University. He is an ABD doctoral candidate at the University of Kentucky where his duties include drumline teaching and arranging, studio instruction, and percussion ensemble directing. He has also maintained a private teaching studio in the area. He prides himself on being a well-rounded musician with diverse interests which allows him to find a home in both the marching arts and concert percussion.
Jeremiah graduated from Auburn University with degrees in both percussion performance and music education. He was a member of multiple marching, concert, and world percussion groups while at Auburn University. His other teaching experiences include instructing multiple drumlines and percussion ensembles in the South and the Midwest as well as holding the position of percussion instructor for the Auburn University Youth Orchestra. He completed his MM in percussion performance at the University of Missouri where he was the Assistant Director of the Marching Mizzou Drumline. His primary instructors include Matthew Geiger, Paul Deatherage, Megan Arns, Troy Hall, and Doug Rosener.
